Do you Solat All night?
Alhamdulillah if you perform solat terawih and witir with Imam,
it will be considered that you solat all night...
====================================================================
Abu Dzar al-Ghafiri ra. menerangkan bahawa: Kami berpuasa bersama Rasulullah s.a.w. dalam bulan Ramadhan.
[H.R. An-Nasa'i]
Amin.
it will be considered that you solat all night...

Sujud Sajdah or Make frequent prostrations before Allah
my true life experience yesterday while doing tarawikh prayer.
the imam was reciting juz 9 and end of surah al A'raf 206,
which had sujud sajadah but i did not realized.
oh Allah forgive me. I will be aware next time in the following days.
i should recite :
'sajjadawahiya lillazi kholaqohu wasauwarahu wasaqqasama'hu wabasorohu bihaulihi fatabarakallahu ahsanulholikin..'
===========================================
two Hadiths from the Sahih Muslim:
Ma'dan b. Talha reported: I met Thauban, the freed slave of God's Messenger, and asked him to tell me about an act for which, if I do it, God will admit me to Paradise, or I asked about the act which was loved most by God. He gave no reply. I again asked and he gave no reply. I asked him for the third time, and he said: I asked God's Messenger about that and he said: Make frequent prostrations before God, for you will not make one prostration without raising you a degree because of it, and removing a sin from you, because of it. Ma'dan said that then he met Abu al-Darda' and when he asked him, he received a reply similar to that given by Thauban.
In the second Hadith, Rabi'a b. Ka'b said: I was with God's Messenger one night and I brought him water and what he required. He said to me: Ask (anything you like). I said: I ask your company in Paradise. He (the Prophet) said: Or anything else besides it. I said: That is all (what I require). He said: Then help me to achieve this for you by devoting yourself often to prostration.
Sajdah is truly a humbling experience. We can beg for God's forgiveness and cry by thinking about our misdeeds, as well as seek refuge in God from the Hellfire. We are in one of the most submissive physical positions when in Sajdah. It is one of the best occasions to ask God for forgiveness, guidance, and all that we want. It is one of the best positions in which to talk to God. Seeking God's pleasure and forgiveness need to be given top priority in these remaining days and nights of Ramadan.

Dr. Muhammad Karim Beebani, Saudi Gazette
(The Muslim World weekly July 7, 2000)
Sajdah is a unique position or stance in the regular prayers, which a Muslim is supposed to offer at least five times a day. Although the basic purpose of obligatory prayers is not to provide an exercise for people yet it is being increasingly recognized that it has plenty of medical advantages for the human body. Here it is worth mentioning that Holy Prophet Muhammad has mentioned in a hadeeth in Ibn Majah that prayer is a cure for many diseases. The fact is that a person who offers his prayers regularly that too in the mosque is protected from many diseases which he many not even know. The position of Sajdah in which the forehead touches the earth is exclusively associated with the Muslim form of prayer. It is the climax of a Muslim's prayer and as mentioned in a Hadeeth a Muslim is nearest to Allaah in this position.
Abu Huraira reported in Bukhari that the messenger of Allaah (pbuh) said: "The nearest a servant comes to his Lord is when he is prostrating himself, so make supplication (in this state)"
Syeda Aa`ishah Siddiqa (Ra) narrates that Holy Prophet used to prolong the prostration to such an extent that one could recite fifty verses (of the Qur'an) before he would lift his head, (Bukhari).
In another Hadeeth narrated by Anas bin Malik, Holy Prophet (pbuh) advised Muslims to perform Ruku (bowing) and Sajdah properly.
In another Hadeeth he advised to perform Sajdah and Bowing calmly and to get up only when the body has come to ease.
In supplication for the victory. He also performed long bowing (Ruku) and Sajdah in the special prayers at the time of eclipse. Hence the first positive effect upon a person who prostrates or does Sajdah is that he comes nearest to Allaah and hence in that condition he can supplicate. This is a great psychological advantage and it gives relief to the person concerned as life is full of worries and in this position he gets at least a transient refuge from the agonizing problems. When a person goes to the position of prostration Sajdah his whole body is in active motion. This position can be considered as a mini dive as the musalli (one who offers prayer) goes to rest his forehead on the ground while his hands are placed at the sides. This brings most of the body muscles if not all in active motion and serves to give them some exercise.
The hands are then specifically stretched out and thence the forearm as well as arm muscles are supposed to bear the weight in the Sajdah position. It gives good exercise to the muscles of the upper limb. Holy Prophet (pbuh) in a hadeeth advised not to put the forearms flatly on the ground but to keep them elevated above ground and this is better for the forearm and arm muscles.
Sajdah is a unique position as this is the only position in which brain (or head) becomes lower than the heart and hence for the first time the blood gushes towards the brain with full force whereas in all other positions (even when lying) brain is above the heart when it has to work against gravity to send blood to the brain.
In the position of Sajdah due to the increased blood supply the brain receive more nourishment and it has good effect upon memory, vision, hearing, concentration, psyche and all other cognitive abilities. People who offer their prayers regularly have more will power and can cope with the difficulties of life in a much better manner. They have less incidence of headaches, psychological problems and other defects of cognitive function.
In the unique position of Sajdah the neck muscles get best exercise. They have to bear the load when the forehead lies at the ground hence the neck muscles become stronger. One can note the tense pressure at the neck muscles in the position of Sajdah specially the active motion of the neck and the facial muscles when the head is being lifted. (e.g. one inch above the ground) and it will be noticed that they are in a very active motion.
More strong cervical muscles mean the cervical vertebra will be better protected. Strength of cervical muscles is important as the head rests upon cervical vertebra supported by cervical musculature.
Infact head performs rotator movements over the cervical vertebra. In any accident cervical neck examination is especially important to the physicians because of its extraordinary importance.
It is uncommon that a person who offers his prayers regularly will get the usual neck myalgias or cervical spondylosis as the neck muscles particularly become very strong due to the 34 sajdahs offered daily in five prayers.
Position of Sajdah is also said to be a good treatment for the retroversion of uterus, a disease of women.
Most of us do not know that the position of Sajdah is an excellent exercise for men (for manpower). It may be a good information to the Viagra dependents. While getting up from Sajdah the perinneal muscles are one of those muscles which have to pull the trunk back to sitting position and they contract actively. Similarly while standing up from Sajdah the perennial muscles are again actively mobilised and this gives much strength to the muscles important for manpower.
The unique position of Sajdah also has positive effects upon the back muscles as while going into Sajdah and getting up from it the back muscle contract actively and they become stronger. Probably it is because of this reason that a person who is regular in prayers will uncommonly get backache.
After performing Sajdah either the musalli stands up or he sits to pray Attahiyyat. In this position the person sits calmly while his hands rest at his thighs which are folded backwards. This is much similar to the relaxation position of Yoga and has soothing effect upon one's health and mentation.
Holy Prophet Muhammad used to elongate the position of Ruku (bending) and Sajdah positions and he advised to do so. In the light of the above facts it is appropriate to say that from medical point of view as well this advice is a golden rule for health.
Finally it must be reminded that prayer is not meant to be an exercise. However there are a lot of medical advantages associated with it. Still the best blessing is the peace of mind, which a person derives by the accomplishment of his duty to Allah by fulfilling an obligation.

Wallahu a'lam
=====================================================
Maha memberkati Allah, sebaik-baik Pencipta."
Ayat-ayat sujud sajadah ialah:
1. Surah 7 (Al-A’Raaf) Ayat 206
2. Surah 13 (Ar-Ra’d) Ayat 15
3. Surah 16 (Al-Nahl) Ayat 50
4. Surah 17 (Al-Isra’) Ayat 109
5. Surah 19 (Maryam) Ayat 58
6. Surah 22 (Al-Hajj) Ayat 18
7. Surah 22 (Al-Hajj) Ayat 77
8. Surah 25 (Al-Furqaan) Ayat 60
9. Surah 27 (An Naml) Ayat 26
10. Surah 32 (As-Sajdah) Ayat 15
11. Surah 38 (Shaad) Ayat 24
12. Surah 41 (Fushshilat) Ayat 38
13. Surah 53 (An-Najm) Ayat 62
14. Surah 84 (Al-Insyiqaq) Ayat 21
15. Surah 96 (Al-'Alaq) Ayat 19

At Targhib wat Tarhib I/37)
At Targhib wat Tarhib I/272)
5)Para malaikat mengucapkan 'Amin' ketika seorang Imam selesai membaca Al Fatihah.
At Targhiib wat Tarhiib I/519)

Surah Nuh, 10-12
Yesterday my ustazah mention about this 3 ayats.
so hopefully this will increase my asking for fogiveness from Allah.
” Ask forgiveness from your lord: Verily, He is oft-Forgiving He will then send rain to you in abundance and give you increase in wealth and children and bestow on you gardens, and bestow on you rivers.” Surah Nuh, 10-12
Imam al-Qurtubi stated, ” In this verse, are clear proofs that asking for forgiveness is a cause of the descent of rizq/wealth and rain.” Tafsir al-Qurtubi, v18,p.302.
There is no doubt that one of the primary ways to increase our wealth is to seek Allah (SWT)’s forgiveness for our many sins. When we turn in repentance to Allah (SWT), Allah (SWT) rewards us by accepting our repentance and blessing us with worldly gain.
The scholars of Islam have laid down certain conditions for any repentance to be accepted by Allah (SWT) (SWT), these are as follow:
* The 1st and most important condition is that it is to be made purely for the sake of Allah (SWT). No worldly factor should influence a person’s motive for this religious act.
* The person should immediately stop performing the evil that he /she is doing.
* The person should make a sincere intention never to return to that sin.
* The person should feel true guilt and regret over performing the sin committed.
* The person should repent to his Lord both verbally and by action i.e. doing as many good deeds as you can to try to make up for your bad action or wipe it away.
And Allah (SWT) knows best.

doa qunut yang menitiskan air mata saya
Maksudnya:

"Wa'a fini" kepada "Wa'a fina"
''Watawallani" kepada "Watawallana"
"Wabarikli" kepada "Wabariklana"

Ramadan is an increased time of activity/ibaadah, but for many, its quite the opposite. Make a schedule to help you stay productive during Ramadan, insha Allah.

Ramadan Checklist
Preparing for Ramadan
It is important for us to prepare for the Holy Month of Ramadan in order to reap the maximum benefits from this month. Rasulullah (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) and his noble Sahabah (radiAllahu anhum) used to look forward to the coming of the blessed month of Ramadan. The Holy Prophet (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) would say in his supplications: Allahumma barik lana fi Rajab wa Sha'ban wa ballighna Ramadan (O Allah bless us in the month of Rajab and Sha'ban and help us to meet and spend Ramadan (in a deserving manner).
Ramadan is the month of excitement and enlightenment for Muslims. It is the month of revelation of the Holy Qur'an, the month of reading and reciting the entire Qur'an, the month of tahajjud and qiyamul layl, of tarawih prayers, of sadaqah, zakatul fitr, and zakat al maal.
No one can go anywhere without preparation, and no one invites a guest without preparing to welcome him/her. Similarly, to welcome Ramadan -- the month of fasting -- one has to prepare. The following are some tips to help you receive and welcome this noble month of Ramadan.
1. Ask Allah to enable you to reach Ramadan and to get the most out of it as the Salaf used to do.
2. Intend to fast every day with Iman and pure intention seeking the reward from Allah alone. The Prophet said, 'Whoever fasts in Ramadan with Iman and seeking reward (from Allah) his past sins will be forgiven'.
3. Try to read the whole Qur’an at least once as the Prophet did.
4. Have Suhur as the Prophet said, “Have Suhur because it is blessed”.
5. Make Du’a during the fast because the Prophet said that three people’s supplication is not rejected one of them is the fasting person. Ask for the good of this life and the next for yourself, your family and Muslims in general.
6. Make Dua before opening the fast. The Prophet said, “The fasting person has a supplication that is answered when he opens his fast”.
7. Give Sadaqah and be good to people. The Prophet was the most generous of people and he was most generous in Ramadan.
8. Avoid anything that diminishes the fast such as, lying, backbiting, cheating, getting angry. The Prophet said, “Whoever does not abandon false words and deeds Allah has no need for him to leave his food and drink”.
9. Do not eat too much after Iftar.
10. Ask for forgiveness since this is the month Allah frees people from the fire.
11. Pray At-Tarawih with Khushu'. If you pray in the Masjid complete the Salah with the Imam. If you pray at home prolong the Salah as long as you can. The Prophet said, “Whoever prays during Ramadan with Iman and seeking reward (from Allah) his past sins will be forgiven”.
12. Feed the poor and invite others for Iftar. The Prophet said, “Whoever gives Iftar to someone fasting he will have the same reward without decreasing the reward of the person fasting”.
13. Try harder the last ten nights especially the odd nights. The prophet would strive in Ramadan more than he would in any other month and more so in the last ten days.
14. Say this Dua in the nights that Laytul-Qadr is likely to fall on:
Allahumma innaka afuwun tuhibbul-afwa fa’fu anni (O Allah you are Forgiving and love forgiveness so forgive me).
15. Ask Allah to accept all your good actions during this month.
I have to make a check list for ramadhan
I have to make a check list or a task list or
a to do list for Ramadhan.
before isyak we have a small tazkirah and ustazah told me that
fasting is just for Allah :
fasting is for Allah
Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah’s Apostle said
“Allah said, ‘All the deeds of Adam’s sons (people) are for them, except fasting which is for Me, and I will give the reward for it.’ Fasting is a shield or protection from the fire and from committing sins. If one of you is fasting, he should avoid sexual relation with his wife and quarreling, and if somebody should fight or quarrel with him, he should say, ‘I am fasting.’ By Him in Whose Hands my soul is’ The unpleasant smell coming out from the mouth of a fasting person is better in the sight of Allah than the smell of musk. There are two pleasures for the fasting person, one at the time of breaking his fast, and the other at the time when he will meet his Lord; then he will be pleased because of his fasting.”
Sahih Bukhari, volume 3, book 31, hadith 128
this is one that ustazah keep repeating for 3 days.
==================================================
among others we collect names of every one who pray in the mosque and ustazah
required us to make dua for all in the list. if we make dua for ourselves only is less good. We have to make dua for all our brothers and sisters to wish that Allah will accept all dua make by them and dua that they get what they wish for and Allah helps them with all their difficulties and hope all of us will meet again in jannah as we meet everyday in the mosque.
========================================================
a sample of task list ;
Hope you have started this ramadhan better than before... as we grow older we are supposed to be better isn't it? Who knows where we shall be next year? So lets make the most out of this month.
When we have a project, we usually make a plan of how and when we are going to tackle the different tasks. right?
What about Ramadhan? For sure we are very interested to get big rewards, insha Allah, isn't it?
Below is a list of tasks which can be done... do add more.

3. Repentance [Astaghfirullah....]
4. Dhikr [Remembrance of Allah.]
5. Salat ul wudu, salat ul duha
6. Salat ul taraweeh
7. Salat ul tahajjud [it takes only minutes to do 2 rakaats]
8. Asking a lot of du'a [especially before breaking the fast]
9. Do what is good
10. Stay away from what is wrong
11. Helping people
12. Observe the usual good manners [Say Bismillah and eat with the right hand etc.]
13. Have mercy on the poor and needy
14. ‘If a man prays with the imaam until he finishes, it will be counted as if he prayed the whole night.’ (Prop Mohamed SAW)
15. Smile to your dear ones... its sadaqa!]
============================================
again ustazah continue if you do make one to do list.
give a result at the end of the day. do you get 100% done for all task.
maybe 50% done. Do punish if you fail, for example. The punishment can be a donation to the mosque at the of the day or adding another solah two rakaats . example.
think, do and evaluate. hope we all get a good reward from Allah.

Five Groups of People during Ramadan
There are many more groups, at least from this particular 5 groups:
where do we fit in??????
question to ponder for myself...
Ramadan is the month of fasting, standing, generosity, self-evaluation, patience and the Qur'aan. Indeed there are many groups and paths regarding the month of Ramadan. Let's see which group we belong to.
The first group:
is a group that sees Ramadan as a time of restrictions and preventions; a time of prohibitions from desires and lust. They do not comprehend the benefits of Ramadan. You will find them lazy and tired. They fast with great difficulties while continuing in backbiting, lying and other sins. They see the fast as nothing more than an obstacle in front of their desires.
As for the second group:
it is a group that sees the month of Ramadan as a month of food and drink. Most of their time is consumed going and coming from the grocery store purchasing food for themselves, families and guests. Ramadan doesn't increase them except in appetite. We know that consuming lots of foods will cause fatigue and laziness. The worst thing that the sons of Adam can fill is their stomachs. In addition, some from amongst them actually gain weight in Ramadan.
As for the third group:
they know nothing of Ramadan except that it is obligatory. Neither the days nor the nights are spent in worship rather they might not even perform the five daily prayers. They awaken with Allah's displeasure and sleep with Allah's displeasure.
As for the fourth group:
it is a group who does not know Allah except and until the month of Ramadan. They attend the Jumu'ah prayer, frequent the Masjid and the women wear the hijaab for the duration of Ramadan. And when the month is over all of those good deeds come to end, that is until the next Ramadan.
As for the fifth group:
this group is a group who can not wait for the arrival of Ramadan. And when it comes they roll up their sleeves even more and they work as hard as they can. This month rejuvenates and strengthens them.
Evaluate yourself. Which group do you belong to?

From Small Beginnings, Come Great Things - American Proverb
That day I was admiring a beautiful house near my sister's place. The design of the house was breathtaking, subhan Allah.
Although I don't have any inkling whatsoever about architectural design, I do love houses, buildings and structures that reflect great creativity and genius. I could not begin to imagine the sheer hard work the designers and architects must have put into the design.
Thomas Disch once said,
Creativity is the ability to see relationships where none exist.
And I totally agree with Mr. Thomas here. This house I am appreciating has a perfect combination of classic, ancient and gothic with a touch of modernity in it, subhan Allah.
I chuckled at the thought of my very best effort in designing a house: a square box with a roof and chimney and a few squared windows and one door, with a sun coming out from behind it!
Got the picture?
So, obviously, I truly appreciate talents of people who can design such a strikingly beautiful house.
But then I got curious. Despite its gorgeousness and majestic outlook, the house was empty. I mean, it looked as if it had been left empty for years. The garden is full of weeds growing as tall as a 9 year old, cobwebs were everywhere, the main gate was all rusty and most windows were broken too.
It was then my dad told me that the house was empty for a reason.
“What's the reason, dad?” I asked him
“Well, it seemed that when the house was being built, the owner refused to follow the advice that it should not be three-storeys high as the ground it was built on was kind of soft. And if he still wanted to do so, he would have to build a stronger foundation for the house and use the right kind of piling as pillars. But he refused to listen and built the house his way anyway. And now, the house is not safe to live in.”
“Wow, what a shame and a waste of money!” I couldn't believe my ears, shaking my head in disbelief.
The owner must have lost hundreds of thousands of his hard earned money. Poor him…
As I reflected on that incident later in the day, it suddenly dawned upon me the words of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) who once said,
"Islam is built on five (pillars): the testimony that there is no god except Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah; establishing prayer; paying zakah; fasting Ramadan; and Hajj to the House (the Ka`bah)." (Al-Bukhari)
SubhanAllah!
Don't I see that my beautiful religion too, has pillars and foundations of its own which I should adhere and follow? The pillars that have been identified by my Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) about 1429 years ago, and they still hold true until today.
And he (peace be upon him) had left us these pillars for one reason- the very soil also known as life that we all stand (live) on is, yes, you got it- soft!
Soft as in unstable, risky, dangerous, uneven, unbalanced, uncertain, unsafe and could be hazardous to our lives.
And if we failed to build the right kind of pillars as the foundation to our home (a.k.a. life) here on this earth, we might just end up like that wasted house- all beautiful but of no use to anyone!
Yikes! Na`udhbillaahi min dhalik!
Surely, that is not something that we want to become, you agree?
I, for one, truly do not want to be like that wasted house. Nope, I really don't.
Really. Really. Really.
In fact, I want to built a 'house' that I could live in happily and peacefully; where others could come visit without worrying if the roof is going to fall on them or the floor is going to suck them in. I want to build a place where people could call it a happy home and where others and I can find solace in, inshaAllah.
And as we all know, in just a few days, we shall be given a chance to strengthen the current foundation to our houses using one of the mentioned pillars- the pillar of fasting in the great month of Ramadan!
He, the Almighty has special instruction for us during this month when He said in one of His Verses,
(The month of Ramadan in which was revealed the Quran, a guidance for mankind, and clear proofs of the guidance, and the Criterion (of right and wrong). And whosoever of you is present, let him fast the month, and whosoever of you is sick or on a journey, (let him fast the same) number of other days. Allah desires for you ease; He desires not hardship for you; and (He desires) that ye should complete the period, and that ye should magnify Allah for having guided you, and that peradventure ye may be thankful.) (Al-Baqarah 2: 185)
Yes, that is what we should be doing this month of Ramadan, you agree?
Fasting.
Thinking about this special month made me become excited suddenly. Why shouldn’t I, right? This is literally the only opportunity that I have to strengthen this one pillar as it only comes once a year and it only lasts for 30 days!
30 days?
Yes, 30 days, my brothers and sisters. Only for 30 days.
We are given about 30-days to do whatever we should do to ensure that this one pillar becomes so strong that it would be able to withstand whatever hurricane, tsunami and turbulence that might come our way for the next 326 days (365 minus 30 days) until the next round of 'piling' comes- if we live that long, that is!
Oppss… such is the reality of life, huh?
And you know something else?
One of the best part of having Ramadan with us is this,
“When Ramadan comes, the gates of mercy are opened and the gates of Hell are shut, and the devils are put in chains.” (Al-Bukhari and Muslim)
Yup, all the gates of mercy are opened, my friends! Opened!
Isn't that amazing?
I began wondering, what is behind those gates of mercy. Do you wonder too, my brothers and sisters?
One thing I believe is that it contains a gazillion times of a gazillion things called mercy that we cannot imagine having, right?
Much like what the gates of banks would have what behind it. Yup, you got it. MONEY! And the gates of libraries would have books and the gates of schools would have children inside them, right?
Subhan Allah…
So, I know that I must take plan my Ramadan well this year, inshaAllah as His Gate of Mercy is wide open for me, Ameen…
And coincidently, about a week back, I received something from a friend called 'Ramadan Planner'. It has a 30-day plan where we can insert / change / edit whatever information according to our fancy. And this Ramadan Planner is sure able to help us plan our recitation of His Book, our remembrance of His Names, our Charity to give away, our obligatory prayers time and supererogatory Prayers like the Tarawih Prayers and many other good deeds we plan to do during this Holy month of Ramadan- all charted in this wonderful planner.
Nevertheless, I will always remember what Will Rogers once said,
Plans get you into things, but you got to work your way out.
I surely do! And my dearest brothers and sisters- you know, you have to, too! So, let us all do it together then, you agree?
Let us start planning!
Ramadan Kareem to everyone!

Surat al-Anfal: 44
John Ruskin once said,
Sunshine is delicious, rain is refreshing, wind braces us up, snow is exhilarating; there is really no such thing as bad weather, only different kinds of good weather.
Wa ila Allahi turjaul umur... (For to Allah do all questions go back (for decision)Al-Anfal:44)
The most important point we need to keep in mind is the fact that the same divine law still applies when we wake up. God, in the Qur'an, affirms that dreams are under His will and control as stated in the verse: "Remember when God showed them (the unbelievers) to you in your dream as only a small band. If He had shown them to you as a great army, you would have lost heart and quarrelled about the matter; but God saved you. He knows what your hearts contain." (Surat al-Anfal: 43). The verse, "Remember when God made you see them as a few when you met them, and also made you seem few in their eyes. This was so that God could settle a matter whose result was preordained. All matters return to God." (Surat al-Anfal: 44) provides clear evidence that the same law applies to daily life.

split big files into smaller files
task today:
Split Big Files into Smaller Ones with GSplit
i was wondering how to do it so here i get the idea.
will try and see the result.
GSplit is a free application that lets you split BIG files into smaller pieces, giving you the ability to share them, copy or backup to floppies, CD, DVD, USB, upload to hosts with file size limit restrictions, networks, send them by email etc.
Sharing files with your friends & family was never this easy, especially since another handy feature is that you can also split several large files at once. Splitting a file with GSplit can be done in 3 easy steps:
* Select the file that you want to split into smaller files by clicking Browse
* Click Destination Folder on the left menu and choose the folder where you want it to place the different pieces of the file. If the folder doesn’t exists, Gsplit automatically creates one.
* Click on Split file, choose thread priority and Internal Buffer size. It also gives you an option to execute a specific command automatically after splitting.
That’s it. After splitting the file, it creates an executable file which unites all the files into it’s original form. The person on the other end doesn’t need to have GSplit in order to run the file and it works like a charm.

hi hi hi good luck to me....
guess what? i did not use the above one because it needs to install.
i found another software that did not require installation....

Files too big? Split them up with JR Split File
ne thing that is guaranteed to irritate me is when I have to email a file to someone and the file is too big. What do you do then? Well, you could compress it or you could use one of file transferring services such as Pando. But recently I discovered another possibility. Using the freeware program JR Split File, you can split the file up into little pieces – and then the person at the other end puts it all back together again.
JR Split File is a portable program which means that it doesn’t need to be installed on the PC. It can easily be run off a USB stick if you happen to be on the go, using someone else’s computer. When you double-click the program, the following box comes up :
As you can see in the screenshot, you would first choose the large file to be split. You would also specify the folder to put the smaller pieces into. Next, you need to specify how big each piece should be (useful if an email program has a file size limit) and if you want the recipient of the file pieces to be able to put everything back together again, you need to make a “bat” file (the “bat” file is what reconstructs everything). Then press “split”.
The file pieces will be placed in the folder you specified and then you can email them to the intended recipient. You MUST also send them the “bat” file.
The other person then just needs to place all the pieces AND the “bat” file in the same folder (they don’t necessarily need to have this program). They then just double-click the “bat” file and right away, the file is reconstructed in full. But everything has to be in the same folder otherwise the re-construction won’t work.
It worked perfectly on a lot of files on my PC and seems to be a very easy solution for sending those huge files to people by email.
===============================
so simple easy and fast......
i spend the whole day thinking and doing it but this perfect.
i got the job done undet 5 minutes. excellent and brilliant..
i am so happy. thank you Allah.

Tips Kesehatan: Cara Sehat Sahur Puasa Di Bulan Ramadhan
Marhaban Ya Ramadhan.

sweet only known to people who taste it.
rasa ujud Allah dan benar benar rasa ujud Allah is 2 different things...

=========================================
new knowledge again.... every day
Makna Ihsan:

ramadhan one of the 5 pillars

Only for 30 days.

selamat berpuasa
dan maaf zahir dan batin.
O ye who believe! Fasting is ordained for you, even as it was ordained for those before you, that ye may guard yourself (against evil)” Qur’an: Chapter 2, Verse 183).
Ramadan is a month of fasting and prayers for the Muslims. The fast consists of total abstinence from food and drink from dawn to dusk. There is, however, a greater significance to fasts than mere abstinence from eating and drinking. The real objective of fasts is to inculcate in man the spirit of abstinence from sins and of cultivation of virtue. Thus the Qur’an declares that the fasts have been prescribed with a view to developing piety in man, as is clear from the verse quoted at the top of this page.
How are the many facets of piety sought to be cultivated through the fasts?
1. The prime consideration in undertaking fast, as in any act of devotion, is to seek NEARNESS TO GOD and beseech HIS PLEASURE and FORGIVENESS. This itself generates a spirit of piety in man.
2. The wilful creation of the stringent conditions of hunger and thirst for one’s own self, simply in obedience to the Divine Order, measures the FAITH of man in God and helps to strengthen it by putting it to a severe test.
3. Fasting enhances through creation of artificial non-availability, the value of the bounties of God, which man is apt to take for granted in the midst of plentiful availability, and thus inculcates in man a spirit of GRATITUDE and consequent DEVOTION to GOD. Nothing else can bring home to man the worth of God’s bounties than a glass of water and a square meal after a day‑long fast. This also reminds man that the real joy in enjoying God’s bounties lies in MODERATION and RESTRAINT and not in OVER INDULGENCE.
4. Fasting makes us deeply conscious of the pangs of hunger and discomfort suffered by the less fortunate among our brethren, who may have to put up with such stringent conditions all through their lives ‑ it thus enkindles in man a spirit of SACRIFICE leading to CHARITY towards his suffering brethren.
5. Fasting affords man an unfailing training in ENDURANCE ‑ i.e. a SPIRIT OF. ACCEPTANCE of the inevitable, which could well prepare him to put up with the unchangeable situations in life in the same spirit of RESIGNATION as cultivated during the fasts.
6. Fasting develops COURAGE, FORTITUDE and a FIGHTING SPIRIT IN man to surmount the heavy odds in life with a cool and tranquil mind. It sharpens his, power of CONCENTRATION to overcome obstacles, through a vigorous exercise all through the month, leading to a steeling of his WILL POWER and RESOLVE, which could help him in trying situations in actual life. It is seen that many an undesirable habit which is found hard to leave, is more easily left off during the days of fasting.
7. Fasting teaches man RELIANCE on God and CONFIDENCE in HIM in facing the bitter situations in life with the comforting thought that these too, ordained by Him, could well be surmounted through His assistance alone, even as the rigorous state of fasting for a complete month. For, fasting develops the quality of PATIENCE in man, with the realisation that, as the days of fasting, though seeming unending do have a successful and, so are all the bitter situations in life. It therefore infuses a spirit of GOOD CHEER, (driving away BITTERNESS and DESPAIR) in his attitude towards life and in his demeanour towards others.
8. Through quick alternation of the state of plenty and of scarcity, fasting seeks to inculcate in man the right type of attitude in different situations in life‑ of GRATITUDE and THANKSGIVING in plenty and of PATIENCE and FORBEARANCE in difficulty.
9. Fasting is meant to CONQUER ANGER, not to augment it, and to develop SELF‑CONTROL in man; for the vigorous effort of wilfully putting up with a continued state of hunger and thirst can well be extended to conquer other infirmities of human character that lead man into error and sin.
10. Fasting inculcates a spirit of TOLERANCE in man to face unpleasant conditions and situations without making his fellow-being the victim of his wrath on account of his adverse conditions, such as deprivation of his basic needs of life, which constitutes the common cause of dissension among men.
11. Fasting MELLOWS a man and enhances his character, giving jolt to the human instincts of ‘PRIDE, HAUGHTINESS, ENVY and AMBITION, for when fasting, a man’s energies are too sapped to follow these instincts which are the chief causes of discord and conflict among men.
12. Fasting exposes the weakness of man in the event of his being deprived of but two of the bounties of God ‑ those of food and drink; it thus infuses in him a spirit of MEEKNESS and SUBMISSION, generating HUMILITY and PRAYER in an otherwise arrogant man.
13. Fasting breathes the spirit of FORGIVENESS in man towards his subordinates, as he himself seeks God’s FORGIVENESS through fasts and prayers.
14. Fasting affords lessons in PUNCTUALITY through man’s strict adherence to various time‑schedules in the observance of fasts and offering of prayers.
15. Fasting can be made to effect ECONOMY in an individual’s life, which can be extended to wider spheres.
16. Fasting enforces in man rigid DISCIPLINE ‑ mental, spiritual and physical ‑ a trait of character which forms an essential ingredient to success in human life.
17. Fasting provides LEISURE, that could he gainfully employed in devotional or intellectual pursuits. The month‑long duration of fasts creates a proper climate for the SPIRITUAL REFORMATION in man, infusing in him a spirit pf enthusiasm and zest to turn over a new leaf ‑ an opportunity provided every year.
18. On the physical side, fasting cleanses the human system of the accumulated impurities of uninterrupted eating throughout the year. It prepares the body for toughness and hardihood to face disease or conditions of scarcity. The rigid abstinence that the fast provides, regulates man’s HEALTH, sharpens has INTELLECT, gives spurt to his SPIRITUALLY and enhances the qualities of his HEART. With the cleansing of the human body, it paves the way for its easy and effective rebuilding through meals at the end of the day or after the month is over.

tips that may reduce or eliminate your insomnia and sleep problems
A sleeping disorder is called “insomnia” and generally involves regular problems with either falling asleep or staying asleep.
There are numerous causes of insomnia including stimulants such as caffeine psychoactive drugs, some medications, herbs, cocaine, ephedrine, amphetamines and life changes such as the menopause. Lifestyle changes such as moving home or job and upsetting events such as death of a loved one or the breakdown of a relationship can all be the reason someone is experiencing problems with getting to sleep.
Stress or worry of any sort may lead to a broken night’s sleep and if not remedied may lead to a pattern or habit of disturbed sleep.
If you believe you have insomnia, in other words or consistently unable to enjoy the sleep pattern you are used to it would be wise to talk to your medical practitioner.
Here are some tips that may reduce or eliminate your insomnia and sleep problems:-
1) Deal with the cause – if something is worrying you, find some help to deal with it. Taking responsibility to remedy the cause of the sleep problems is likely to lead to a re-establishment of your normal sleep habit.
2) Do something about stress – either resolve the cause of the stress or find a way of handling the stress. This might be through the use of a self hypnosis cd or mp3 download specifically for insomnia.
3) Exercise helps – physical exercise not only releases endorphins which help relax us and lifts the mood it also uses up the bodies energy encouraging it seek rest in the form of sleep.
4) Bedroom priority – keep the bedroom (if possible) for sleep and love-making only. If you do this you will strengthen the mental association between the bedroom and sleep.
5) Do it today – try not to leave unfinished business hanging over you at the end of the day. If you can complete all the tasks you need to do by the end of the day.
6) Sleep diary – it can be a good idea to write down your sleep patterns and exactly how many hours sleep you do get. You may be doing better than you think you are.
7) Eat sensibly – don’t eat a heavy meal late at night. Your body needs to process your last meal and will keep active. Try to leave two hours between eating and sleeping.
8) Don’t count sheep – don’t use this old idea for helping you sleep as it is an analytical process. It is better to recall some old holiday experience or any other time you were able to relax such as a visit to the beach or countryside.
There are many self help tactics and other helpful tips to resolve your insomnia and enjoy and good night’s sleep again. Although all of them do not work for everyone, some can just be enough to make a big difference and end your insomnia.
Incidentally you are not alone. Most people will suffer from sleep disturbance, insomnia or a sleep disorder during some part of the their. The trick is to do something about it sooner rather than later.

9 Ramadan tips for your family to read Quran
Your family and the Quran: 9 Ramadan tips
Ramadan has been called the month of the Quran, since it was during this month that Allah began revealing the Holy Book to the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him. Most Muslims try to finish one reading of the whole Quran during this month individually. But it's also a good idea to get the whole family in on this effort.
One Chicago Muslim family this year has decided to keep up this goal with its youngest member, who is eight years old. This young Muslim is aiming to finish his first ever reading of the whole Quran by the end of Ramadan.
To get the whole family involved in reading more Quran this year during the blessed month, here are some tips:
1.
Decide how much of the Quran to read daily
One of the keys to reading the Quran for completion is to establish small, attainable, daily goals. For instance, have everyone aim to read one-quarter, or ten lines of the Quran daily. While this may mean finishing the Quran after Ramadan, it will, however, put in place a system that can continue after the month is over.
2.
Read part of the Quran together every day
An ideal time is before bed, when everyone is in a calmer mood and food, chores, and homework are out of the way. Sit together and recite part of the Quran. It does not have to be the daily target, but just a small portion so everyone is keeping track with each other.
3.
Have a Quran family meeting every week
Make this a party. After Iftar on say, a Saturday or Sunday, following a delicious meal in a Muslim restaurant or at home, have everyone share how much of the Quran they have covered.
4.
Come up with a Quran reading chart
Get the younger kids to decorate theirs with stickers, etc. Then hang it up on the fridge or family bulletin board where everyone can see. Have one person in charge of keeping track of everyone's progress and noting it on the chart. This visual reminder can encourage and make everyone more determined to reach their goals for the Quran this Ramadan.
5.
Listen to the Quran in the car
If your family drives together to school and work, use this as an opportunity to listen to the Quran on cassette or CD together. Rotate the schedule so that on day one, the verses that mom is reciting are listened to, on day two one of the kids' selections are heard, etc.
6.
Encourage everyone to start a Quranic journal
This will encourage everyone to not just read the Quran, but to also attempt to understand at least some of what they are reading. Encourage family members to share entries if they feel comfortable during the Quran family meetings.
7.
Establish a Quran reading corner for each family member
Have each family member choose the place they feel most comfortable to read the Quran daily. It could be the place they normally do their homework, or it could be somewhere not associated with academics. Make sure the place is comfortable and pleasant, with enough heat and light. You can also hang up some verses of the Quran drawn in beautiful calligraphy or post the Quran reading chart in the vicinity.
8.
Offer incentives
These need to be in accordance with the ages and interests of everyone involved. For kids, this can be a toy or candy. For teens, permission to use the family car or a slight increase in their weekly allowance may be helpful. For mom and dad, a night out alone together. The purpose is to make the process enjoyable and to help family members look forward to a short-term reward for their Quran reading.
9.
Help each other memorize too
While you're reading more of the Quran this month, try to get everyone involved in at least some memorization of the Blessed Book while you're at it. One way is for family members to break up into groups of two and test each other's memorization of some of the Surahs (chapters). You could also use the family meeting time to cover some memorization.

Steven Covey and his quotes
Quotes From Steven Covey
* Between stimulus and response, one has the freedom to choose.
* Don’t argue for other people’s weaknesses. Don’t argue for your own. When you make a mistake, admit it, correct it, and learn from it–immediately.
* Every human has four endowments- self awareness, conscience, independent will and creative imagination. These give us the ultimate human freedom… The power to choose, to respond, to change.
* Happiness can be defined, in part at least, as the fruit of the desire and ability to sacrifice what we want now for what we want eventually.
* If you’re proactive, you don’t have to wait for circumstances or other people to create perspective expanding experiences. You can consciously create your own.
* Live out of your imagination, not your history.
* Many people seem to think that success in one area can compensate for failure in other areas. But can it really?…True effectiveness requires balance.
* Our character is basically a composite of our habits. Because they are consistent, often unconscious patterns, they constantly, daily, express our character.
